Spacious 3-bedroom house in a great location in Long Bay, with a room available upstairs featuring a built-in wardrobe. You’ll share a bathroom, including a bath and shower, with just one other person.
The house is situated on a quiet, private no-through road with plenty of off-street parking. There’s also a double garage, with some space available for storage if needed.
The location is hard to beat, with the beautiful Long Bay Beach within walking distance, along with plenty of nearby shops, cafes and restaurants.
A little about me — I’m 25 and work as a truck driver, so I’m often busy during the week. On weekends, I enjoy playing golf, riding my motorbike and occasionally socialising. I don’t drink and generally enjoy a pretty relaxed lifestyle, appreciating both good company and having my own space.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful of the house, and I’m looking for someone similar who will help keep the place a nice, comfortable environment to live in. Ideally, someone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle rather than a big party scene.
