About the room

Bright room 2 windows very sunny in arvo, suitable for dbl or queen bed. Beautiful view of Tills Lookout from home, Taitua Aboretum 5 mins as are buses & Dinsdale Shops. Pretty quiet street, really safe pocket cul de sac, can be amusing during festive season in a good way. Good sized wardrobe & v nice carpet.

About the roomies

Home consists of myself along with my son who recently turned 18, he is undertaking further study after completing Yr13. I keep our home clean & have a straightforward easy attitude. I work hard to keep our gardens looking inspiring. My 20 yr old daughter recently shifted out to attend Uni so our spare room is available. Our price at $200 p/w is incl (power internet gas). Hot water gas so we never run out! We respect privacy whilst hoping to make you feel home. Shared amenities for us all. Lots of pluses. No bond please just be the right person short or long term. We have a kitty who is special in our family…
