You’ll have the whole top floor to yourself, with a large, open-plan bedroom overlooking the beach and sea, plus your own bathroom. Plenty of space and privacy in a relaxed Southshore beach house.

The house is spacious and fully furnished, with great amenities and everything you need to settle in. The beach is just five minutes away, with great swimming nearby—an ideal spot if you enjoy fresh air, beach walks and living by the sea.

Upstairs deck, downstairs deck, lawn area, off st parking. Secure and a great neighbourhood watch!

I split my time between the West Coast and Christchurch, so you’ll often have the house largely to yourself. I’m usually there for about a week each month or a couple of weekends.

My partner and one of our children generally join me for one of those weekends each month. During each school holiday, we also spend a weekend there with all three kids, aged 3, 7 and 10.

There’s one other flatmate, who keeps to themselves and often stays at their partner’s place too. They’re honest, considerate and always happy to lend a hand if you need one.
