The rent includes all bills, cleaning products, household sundries and people can harvest food from the garden (a very large back yard).

I’m the homeowner (my room is seerate to the man house) and I live with one other person who is about 40 andlives in the house. My values are progressive and I’m into sustainable environmental practices (the property is spray free and has been for 30 years). My other Roomie is a x-box gamer and a long term tennant. We liketo live with people who don’t leave mess or jobs for others as that’s how we roll!
