Kitchen shared between three people. Bathroom/toilet shared with one other flatmate. Master bedroom has its own ensuite.

Conveniently located in Glenfield, close to PAK’nSAVE, supermarkets, shops and public transport.

HOUSEHOLD & REQUIREMENTS

MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS
• Two weeks’ rent as bond, plus one week in advance. • One or two references preferred (previous landlord, employer or personal). • Two weeks’ notice by either party, as agreed in the flatmate agreement.
