About the room

open planned if you love the sun then this place hits the spot. The best part is the home is so warm in the winter and awesome in the summer for BBQs and friends around. Close to the beach and all amenities, seriously the best for everything especially close to beach and city!

About the roomies

Im 55 but young at heart ,easy going and travelled much! Do like quiet time but weekends are for living. Love a BBQ get together friends around and enjoying drinks and still going out. I respect your quiet time as well as mine. If our work schedules conflict then we work in out… always open to suggestions

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
