Hey everyone! I’ve recently bought a house in Bishopdale and have just finished renovating it. One flatmate is moving in soon, and we’re looking for a friendly person to join us.

The available room is unfurnished, it’s a double and has a built-in wardrobe. You’ll share a brand-new bathroom and shower with the other flatmates.

The house has separate living and dining area, along with two heat pumps, a woodburner and HRV to keep it cosy.

Hunter, my Black Lab, is also part of the household 🐾 So you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs!

It would suit someone around their mid-20s to early 30s. It’s not a party house, but we’re always up for an activity or a social drink now and then.

Rent is $200 per week plus utilities. The room is available now.

So far there are two males living in the house.

Both work full time and are pretty chilled out. Both of us are active and gym regularly and do sport and hobbies outside of this.
