A cosy sleepout type room with private living room area included in central Lincoln. The bedroom can be furnished or not, this is up to you. The same with linen for the bed. You will need to come inside for cooking (although there is a microwave in the living room area) and to use the bathroom as well as the laundry. You are welcome to use all the communal spaces inside the house as much as you want to. All costs included except for your food, which you need to buy for yourself, and personal items. There is storage for this in a pantry cupboard and fridge/freezer in the living room area. There is limited storage space in the bedroom but plenty in the living room area. Close to uni, supermarket, local shops, library and bus stops. Any questions please ask. Cost is $170 per week with a $100 bond when you move in.

I own the property and have my own business which is a horse riding school near Lincoln. I have 3 chickens who are friendly and good fun to have around. Their main ‘jobs’ are helping to weed the garden and supply me with eggs which they are fairly good at !! The business is based on rented property and not at home. I am also a grid marshal for Canterbury Car Club on race days.
