One of two double bedrooms downstairs available now along with good size female only bathroom. Each bedroom has a ranch slider and window opening directly onto the back yard. You can have a choice of bed: either a near new single or a Queen. You need to supply your own sheets. There is a fridge freezer in the garage also for your exclusive use. A 50“ TV can be supplied for your room if wished. However, there is no desk so you would need to supply your own.

Modern electronic laundry - washer and dryer.

Upstairs you have unrestricted use and entry to the TV Lounge, plus fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with seating for six. Kitchen may be used at any time - night or day - haha….yes….even for those with midnight munchies. Ladies have often liked to work or study at the table.

You can speak directly to some of the awesome ladies who have lived in the house over the last 3 years. One downstairs room is currently occupied by a 23 year old Masters student and the other has been occupied by a lovely Engineering student, who is moving to Auckland to attend Auckland Uni. I will miss her - she has been a great housemate. The other person is me, an intelligent, clean, older, retired and trustworthy male. My two kids have grown up and now live overseas. My daughter is in Canada, and my son is in Germany.
