I have one room available for rent in my home at 76 Hungerford Drive, Rolleston.

The property is a modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with currently just myself living here.

I occupy the master bedroom, with my own ensuite, at the far end of the house. The available bedroom and shared facilities are located at the opposite end, providing a good level of privacy and separation.

• Couple: $300 per week.
• Power: Split equally each month (averages approximately $190 per month for the household).
• Wi-Fi: Split equally each month (averages approximately $70 per month for the household).
• Room: Unfurnished.
• Bathroom: Preferential access to the main bathroom, plus a separate toilet.
• Parking: One off-street driveway park available.
• Outdoor space: Decent-sized grassy area.
• Storage: Good-sized garden shed, with some limited additional garage storage available (I use the garage for my car).

👤 Who the Room Would Suit

Ideally, I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate (or couple) who respects shared spaces and enjoys a comfortable, relaxed home environment.

The room would ideally suit a working professional. Couples are welcome, with a weekly rental rate of $300.

With currently just myself living here, it’s a great option for someone who appreciates a quieter household rather than a busy or overcrowded flat.

A Little About Me 👋

I’m a 30-year-old guy working full-time as a Maintenance Engineer, with a rotating roster of day and night shifts.

I’m pretty easygoing and enjoy keeping busy outside of work. My interests include music, running, skiing, hiking, hitting the gym, and making the most of the outdoors and summer festivals.

At home, I’m fairly relaxed and appreciate having a clean, tidy and comfortable living environment. I’m respectful of other people’s space and privacy, and believe good communication and consideration go a long way when sharing a house.

I’m always happy to have a chat, share a laugh or catch up over a meal, but equally respect that everyone has their own routines and downtime.

Ultimately, I’m looking for someone who’s on a similar wavelength and wants to share a home rather than just a house. Somewhere with a friendly, respectful and relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
