About the room

Room for boarder Cosy restored 1940s 2 bedroom home owner occupied. Looking to get a boarder in for 220 a week plus unlimited internet (30 per month) and power (rnd 80-100 per month), or 270 incl power and internet. House is located out Te Ngae rd, with a 2 minute walk to a bus stop.

Room is 3m x 3.5m with 2 large floor to ceiling wardrobes. Bath and shower, plus the place is fully furnished and have a large fridge freezer and washing machine.

Room can come with the bed and drawers in the photos if needed. May suit mountain biker as I have a shed set up for tuning and building bikes.
