About the property

Self contained one bedroom granny flat overlooks a large wooden garden at rear of property. Five minute walk to Manly village shops and bus stop. Close to beaches and park. Situated on a quiet street. Ideal for single occupancy or a couple. I apologise for the current photos. As you can see, my current tenant is a collector and has acquired many things over the years. I will upload clearer photos once she moves out, unless the flat is taken by then. Please also note, the rent fee is negotiable depending on occupant and occupancy
