This is a quiet home with lovely neighbours. It’s right next to the river and walking-distance to town. There is a small garden. No wifi (I use my phone to hotspot). Rent and electricity will be split 50:50. You’ll be in charge of your own food and cooking. Partially furnished, meaning you are welcome to use the furniture in the house and there is also room if you need space for your own furniture. A dog can be considered provided they are not destructive, won’t bark at the neighbours and will get along with my dog.

I am a 30-year-old female, working full-time as a vet (apologies for late night call-outs). I am quiet, don’t often have people over and am usually busy doing my own thing. I don’t smoke or drink.

I share my home with a 3-year-old Collie x Golden Retriever. She is very friendly and will be a bit overly excited about you on the first day, but then quiets down once she realises you are not going away.

I am looking for someone who is working full-time and will reliably pay their rent and respect my landlord’s property. No smoking and simply clean-up after yourself to keep our home a lovely place to be.
