PRIVATE MODERN ENSUITE SUITE – CENTRAL SANDRINGHAM ​Available: Mid-Nov 2026 – Mid-Jan 2027 (Short-term summer stay) ​Rent: $350/week (includes power, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and laundry) ​Location: Unbeatable location—1-minute walk to Sandringham Village shops/cafes, frequent buses to the CBD, and a 20-minute walk to Kingsland Station. ​The Space: A brand-new, private downstairs suite in a modern 3-story townhouse. Furnished with a bed, bedside tables, and lamps, featuring its own private ensuite bathroom with shower. ​Semi-Independent Setup: Located right next to the internal garage on the ground level, giving you independent access to a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee station, and garage sink/bench area for light meal prep and dishwashing. Ideal if you mostly eat out or heat up meals. Dedicated washing machine facilities in the garage. ​Layout Privacy: We do all our main living on the middle floor and sleep on the 3rd level, so you will hardly see us except during comings and goings or garage access. ​Summer Bonus: From December 22nd through mid-January, I will be mostly away, giving you virtually the entire house to yourself to enjoy over the Christmas/New Year break!

Hi! I’m a relaxed 46-year-old homeowner who works from home upstairs during normal weekday hours. ​You’ll be sharing the home with me and my two primary-school-aged kids, who are with me 50% of the time. When the kids are around, there is typical family energy, noise, and comings and goings up until around 9:30 PM most nights—though your downstairs suite naturally gives you plenty of quiet privacy. ​We also have a friendly family cat who passes through the shared garage area from time to time. ​We are a warm, welcoming family who respect personal space and privacy. Looking for a clean, respectful, and independent single person for this short summer stay!
