About the room

It’s a 2 bedroom house so only be 2 of us. The area is quiet but better to view the house in person then explain it on here so you can feel if it suites you.

Utilities are split at the end of the month usually $130-160 each person.

Drew-im the only person there I’m 35 years old, welder and enjoy going gym and eating haha but spend most of my time out of the house unless it’s the weekend.
