We are on top of Māori Hill with great views overlooking the bay area. The flat is a small, quaint flat with a shared bathroom, 3 bedrooms with 2 other roommates, a joint kitchen with all cooking necessities included and a relatively spacious living area joint with the kitchen. The room available is the largest room. Central heating works great and included washing machine and dryer as well. There is parking on the property. Only 5 mins from city centre with some local shops for shopping nearby. Can move in whenever works best.
