About the room

We have a double room in Sandringham that gets lots of sun and has a great view across the city in a quiet neighborhood. Close to bus routes, St Luke’s, Balmoral, Mt Eden. We’re looking for someone who is happy, friendly, considerate, independent, cleans and enjoys a chat. There’s plenty of street parking or you can park in the drive.

One male, one female both 40+, pretty independent, relaxed and friendly who work full-time and share the house without drama. We’d prefer someone who is not religious or right-wing. Power, water, internet are $40 pw. Interested? .
