Two private bedrooms are available in our Omokoroa home. The two new tenants will share a bathroom and the kitchen and living areas with the household.

This is not a short-term flatting arrangement. You would be added to the existing fixed-term tenancy, which runs until 22 June 2027, subject to the property manager’s approval and completion of the tenancy paperwork.

Rent is $182.50 per person, per week. Shared costs are paid separately: $25 per person per week for the cleaner, about $1.30 per person per week for bin tags, plus each person’s quarter share of power, Wi-Fi and cleaning products when purchased. The bond is $973.34 per person. We are flexible on the move-in date anytime after Sunday, November 8th.

I’m Bree, and I share the home with Chloe and our two cats. We’re friendly and easygoing, and we also appreciate everyone having their own space. We’re looking for two flatmates aged 20 or older who are reliable, respectful and tidy in shared areas. Full-time work outside the home is a must.
