About the room

This is a very large room measuring 6 m 70 x 4 m 30. It has two sets of French doors going out to 2 separate decks. It contains two large wardrobes. It has a heat pump and an open fire which can be used if anyone wants to bother with it!! There is a queen size bed, a bedside table a chair, a wall mounted screen but no other furnishing. The house is a homely garden property in New Lynn at the end of a long driveway so is very quiet. It is two minutes to a bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the train which runs from the city to West Auckland. The village is a 10 minute walk from our house.

About the roomies

Our house is occupied by us (middle aged couple) and our 2 well behaved senior dogs that are very much our family (although we also have human members that visit!!). We have an active lifestyle and travel frequently so often you would be alone in the house.
