🏡 Flatmate wanted: Sandringham / Mt Albert 🏡 We have a spare room in our 4-bedroom house on Mt Albert Road and are looking for someone to join us from around January 2027. The room: Standard-size bedroom, unfurnished Rent: $220/week, excluding power and internet Shared spaces: Kitchen, lounge, and bathroom The house: A house in a great location, close to both the train station and a bus stop for easy trips to and from the city. St Lukes Mall and other amenities are only about 15 minutes away. The extras: 🧺 Whiteware included (no dryer), plus an outdoor clothesline 🚗 Garage and a carport with room for up to 2 cars 🌿 Small patches of grass at the front and back 🍋 Feijoa and lemon trees, which are a nice bonus 🤫 Quiet neighbours

The flat: There are 3 of us, all in our early twenties, either studying or working full time at the local universities. We all know each other from high school, so the flat is relaxed and friendly.
