House located on a quiet street next to the city. Pretty convenient location Its a 3 min walk to bus stops (Infront of the hospital), 10min to grafton train station, 20min to newmarket and 15min to the cbd.

The house has a large living area and garden. It also comes with its own washer and dryer.

The room is private and located on the first floor.

About the roomies

Friendly flatmates that respect each others privacy. Usually everyone is out working but down for hang every now and then.

Enzo (me) - I’m a chef. Usually at work and if not I’m probably out doing some activities (mauythai, dragon boat, gym, etc)

Lily - sometimes works from home sometimes in newmarket. Friendly and always down for a chat
