Our beautiful Grey-Lynn house 🏠 is in need of a fourth flat mate.
We are a group of 3 young girls 👯💃between the ages of 19 and 29. Our ethnic diversity sets us apart as we are from NZ, Paris and Barcelona. We are a social group who enjoy cooking, having BBQs 🍢🍖 with friends and will never turn down a bottle or 5 of wine🍷. If this sounds like you keep reading.
The location is almost unbeatable with a 5 min walk to Kingsland, a 15 min walk to ponsonby and just a 15 min commute to the CBD by bus.
The bedroom is a lovely, large double room. With a wardrobe, 2 windows and a working fireplace 🔥!!
The house has 4 bedrooms a lounge, dining room, kitchen (with a barista coffee machine and 3 fridges) and 1 bathroom. With a lovely deck and backyard it’s the perfect place to enjoy the sun on your days off 🌿🌞. The house is already fully furnished and the bedroom comes with a queen bed.
