Eagle Street

My partner and I have just signed onto a house and are on the lookout for a couple to fill a large room in Karori. The house is located 400m from the Karori mall and 140m from the bus stop, so it’s super central to the supermarkets and other surrounding shops.

You will be sharing a fully furnished 4 bedroom house (just need your own bedroom things), with a massive backyard, ample parking space, gardens and shed/garage space with 3 others:

Rent is $360pw and bills are split evenly between all as they come in.

The room itself is massive enough for a queen/king size bed and drawers and has storage space.

Furnishings include:

Couch, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine, a tonne of indoor plants and more, you just need to bring your own room belongings.

We’re super keen to make this home as family friendly as possible, so the spare room will be used as a space for family/friends to use, including your own, so we would like to fill the house with amazing vibrant people.

NB: All photos are pre-move in and we do not own any of the furniture shown. Curtains in bedrooms will be changed out.

Josh (early 30’s), works in government, a bit of a gamer but very social and chill; My partner Tyler (28), running his own fencing business and myself (29) working in health.

Tyler and I will be head tenants and will have sole lease of the house meaning a flat-sharing agreement will need to be signed. Whats the catch?. You don’t have to pay bond as this is covered by us but 2 weeks rent in advance will be required.
