About the Room Room will fit a King single. 2 story house with new deck and off-street parking. Ground Floor – Entrance, stairs to main floor, laundry, converted garage to 1 bedroom & a small storage area Main Floor – 3 bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, dining & lounge with heat pump, main bathroom, separate toilet. Large screen TV but not connected to anything, although you can broadcast to Chromecast. Fiber broadband, unlimited bandwidth, but no landline. Close to public transport. About the room Single room up on the Main floor. Single wardrobe with shelving and space to hang clothes. Shared access with flatmate Brent to the main bathroom and separate toilet. You will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. Power, broadband and water bills are split between the 3 people sharing. Broadband is $30 each a month, and water is $12.00 a month each as a fixed cost and will be paid once a month with your share of the power bill. Full use of all kitchen items, plates cutlery etc also a single pantry cupboard for your sole use. A shelf in the hot water cupboard for you too. Preferred flatmate Must be non-smoker and like cats. All you need is your bedroom furniture and you are ready to move in.

I’m looking for someone quiet and respectful who does not mind sharing with a cat :) and is reliable with paying their share of the rent and bills. I am not religious myself, but everyone is entitled to their beliefs as long as they don’t try to convert me. I am not vegan or Vegie, but as long as you don’t mind sharing with a meat eater I have no issues. All you need is your bedroom furniture and you are ready to move in.

I’m a bit of an introvert, but do love being social on occasion when I feel up to it. I’m up for a chat and maybe a drink, but not at the pub/club as my hearing isn’t up to the noise. I’m into SiFi and Fantasy and love crafting and photography (although I am very much a beginner in that field). I’ll dabble in anything creative so a tolerance for a little untidiness is a must.
