• Front patio with garden
• Room gets mid morning to afternoon sun
• Room has plenty of space for those WFH ( can fit desk ) and drawers etc! Otherwise lounge is spacious to setup and WFH
• Large open plan lounge and kitchen area
• Dishwasher and washing machine
• Home is furnished with current flatmates belongings. Your room is not furnished.
• Off street parking available - spot out front or in the carport out back.
• 2min walk to Eden Park, 7min walk to Kingsland station and 5mins to Dom Bus routes - Zone 1 prices and cheap Uber to town :)
