About the room
Very spacious master bedroom available in our Grafton townhouse from 16th November. You have your own deck area, a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and garage carpark. The complex also has a shared pool.
The whole place is situated over 4 levels, garage and laundry area at the bottom, generous living area, kitchen and dining on the 2nd floor, with outdoor courtyard, 2 smaller rooms and shared bath on the 3rd level and the master on the 4th - You have the floor to yourself!
You would need some bedroom furniture, drawers are provided but the bed and desk currently in the room will be leaving.
Walking distance to Universities, Hospital, Parnell/Newmarket shopping/eating areas. Grafton train station very close by also.
About the roomies
Currently 3 flatmates, all late 20s early 30s. Social but not a party flat, we have a chat and the odd drink in the evenings.
Ideally suited to a couple joining us but happy to negotiate for singles/no carpark needed.
