4 bed 2 bathroom large house Currently we have 1 large room available
We are located beutiful and isolated area also very close to center of all access motorway 1 and 20 is only just around the corner as well as manukau shopping mall and university is only 5 mins away by car.
We provid large double room single bed and tall boy in room or you can bring your own furniture if u wish too. Also we provide own fridge to share with one other flatmate.
Rent is all are inclusive except food.
We are looking for
Full time professional or full/part time student with good references Clean and tidy pay on time No party goers or drug Person who respect the house hold and house basic rules
About the roomies
Current flat mate are 1 married couple who is owner of the house and 1 single female all are professional in health care and government agency worker works 6 to 7day
