Renee's room

Unfortunately one of our flatmates is leaving to travel nz and then back to Germany so we are looking someone new to join us around mid November. The room is a large room with a balcony and can easily fit a desk and has a walk in wardrobe. Rent is $300 per week including expenses. It’s a big house with plenty of street parking. The house is located 10 mins walk to the supermarket, and 15 minutes to the beach. The bus stop into town is just around the corner and leaves frequently.

You will be joining a couple, and a singles and a cat. We are all working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s and are social but also like our own time. We are looking for someone that is tidy and respectful.
