We live in a great community friendly area. Bus stop straight outside and bus to Airport runs through the village. Great local cafe’s, mini supermarket ( Fresh Choice), Doctors surgery’s, pharmacy, Ambury Farm Park, Liquor Store and a 5minute walk along the Kiwi Esplanade to beach plus much more!

The room for rent is a double unfurnished room with a double wardrobe. We are a chilled-out couple with one other long-term flatmate and two cats. The house is situated down a long driveway with park-like surroundings, amazing views of the Manukau Harbour and gives us lots of privacy from the main road. We are very clean and house proud and share the work load from time to time. We enjoy a drink together, love cooking and sharing a meal when we can. In a nutshell, this is a friendly household and we all have a great sense of humour!
