Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, the house is on a cul-de-sac, with no road noise. Parking on street.
I have a good size bedroom for rent on the 1st floor with a private en-suite. Rent is 280$ including utilities, wifi. whiteware and cleaning products provided.
Fully furnished: queen bed, desk and chair, built-in wardrobe. Just bring your linen.
There is a large kitchen, plenty of living space, a deck, on-street parking, storage, washer/dryer.
There are 2 bus stops 6min and 4min walk, the closest shopping mall with big shops are in Albany (approx 30min walking, 6min driving), but there is a vegetable shop, Asian grocer, bakery, gas station and fish market all within 4min walk.
Move-in cost 2x weeks deposit + rent for the week.
About the roomies
We are 5 mature people currently flatting. 3 from Latvia, 1 Italian and 1 Kiwi guy. 2 girls and 3 guys from the 24-33y range. Non-smokers, outdoorsy, love hiking, sustainable-oriented. Not a party house but occasionally enjoy a glass or two.
