T's room

Duplex 2 bedroom flat, not a Townhouse. Older brick but still standing and simple. Not too big, yet not too small. The Tim is furnished. Surrounds maintained by Property Manager. Home is what you make of it. Its a roof over your head. Storage below the flats as well as inside. Good friendly neighbours ( except for some down the road…haha). Bus Stop to town right outside the house. There is a single bed available with a fold out bed underneath it if required. No TV, but would consider getting one. Big couch. Washer and Dryer, but hey its Summer and warm so Dryer not really required. Would prefer a long term, but we know circumstances always change. I’m here for the long haul as i enjoy the location and the work I do. Been here for about 3 - 4 years so far. Would consider giving up the double room for the right reasons… otherwise, I have the larger room. Photos will be updated in due course

56 year old single male fulltime shift worker. Very quiet and tidy. Very busy lifestyle most of the time. Not a partier at all. I work a 3x3x3 roster so in bed by 9 due to early starts. Later on around Jan/Feb, I’m Monday to Friday. Rather sit back and chillax. Respectful, honest, has Integrity, and a decent good bloke. Pays bills on time.
