The room is a large room big enough for a queen / double bed and other furniture. The room has a large wardrobe also.

The bedroom is located downstairs and is the only room on this level all other bedrooms are upstairs. The lower level is where the dining room, Main bathroom, Lounge and kitchen are.

House is a large beautiful home located among the trees and wildlife with views of Auckland city.

Your bedroom will be unfurnished so you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. We have some items available for use in your room for the right person. The rest of the house is well furnished!

We are a family unit looking for someone who is quiet and independent to join our house. Current flatmate moves out on the 18th of march so the room is available from then. Mum, Pree teen, Adult child and her husband are the current flatmates along with 2 cats and a dog. Animal lovers this place will be great for you!

We are a 20-minute walk from the local train station which is the nearest public transport so this house best suits someone with their own vehicle.

We are a quiet household most of the time! We enjoy watching the rugby and cheering on our favourite team, Board game nights can get a little loud and we have the odd gathering with family and friends.
