5 bedroom two level house - 3 bathrooms - open plan kitchen - outdoor deck area with small vege patch. Great sun! Double glazed with heat pump.

There is a big bedroom available with a double wardrobe. Easily fits a Queen and a desk. You would also have mostly private use of the main bathroom that is shared with visitors.

Only a 3 mins walk to bus stops that take you to New Lynn train station or the city (literally located on our street). Walking distance to Green Bay Kindergarten, Green Bay Primary and Green Bay High School. Close to the Titirangi village and Green Bay shops. The room can be furnished if you wish.

Existing flatmates:

• I’m a mum with a four year old that sleeps upstairs with me. (I have my son 3 or 4 days a week; so you’d need to be okay with a kid who is generally respectful and sensitive in nature.
• One female flatmate who is a creative freelancer.

I’m a fairly busy person, I work in media + generally have lots on the go. But we enjoy sharing dinners as a flat and look to create a home where relationships are nurtured and there’s an easy open communal vibe. We like to keep our home clean and work together to achieve this.

Ideal flatmate: Easygoing, okay with kids, likes to keep things clean. Working professional or creative Student A small family.. so kids get to hang out together!! Couples also welcome but price will be negotiated.
