Recently renovated bathroom house now has 2 toilets 👌🏻and updated kitchen. Rent is including power, gas and internet. 3 bedroom home. Room comes wardrobe, HD tv, soundbar and chromecast. Living room tv will have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Neon, Disney plus and Apple TV. Vegetable patch ( nothing growing yet) and well fenced. A 5min walk to the beach. Currently me 25 male working Mon- Friday

I am 25 I work Monday-Friday as a forklift driver. I am pretty relaxed not a huge party person but still social enough so house won’t have constant people in and out everyday therefore will feel like a home.
