Hi guys, My current flatmate and I are looking for another flattie to share a lovely house we’ve just rented and has just been renovated. It’s a Double bedroom PLUS rumpus room downstairs, perfect for homeworkers :) The downstairs rumpus room has separate entrance, multipurpose space for any of your needs. That’s a lovely space with toilet, shower and extra cupboards for you. Just keep in mind the rumpus room isn’t an extra bedroom, but it is an extra space you will be renting along with your bedroom upstairs.

This newly renovated house comes with 3 double bedrooms, a bright lounge with a cozy fireplace, opening out to a wide balcony with views of the golf reserve. The dining area, adjoining the well-designed kitchen, provides a wonderful space to enjoy dining and relaxing, connecting to the indoor/outdoor living space with a nice garden for our outdoor entertainment :)

The house has a carport, a long car parking space, and additional off-street parking.

This cozy house locates in a convenient place in central Auckland, a walk to Keith Hay Park, easy access to motorway 20, and handy to CBD with public transport close by.

I’m an early childhood educator, working currently as a nanny. My flatmate is a nurse and we’re both on our 30’s. I’m turning 40 soon, however look pretty young 😁. We’re both pretty chilled ladies, but also love sharing a good wine, beer and chat :) We’re also very organised, tidy and respectful. We want to make this place like our sweet home and want you feeling great in it :)
