Lauren's room

The house is fully furnished, except for your room which is a blank canvas for you to furnish and decorate as you wish. The house is warm and bright, with lots of natural light and the following perks: internet, heat pump, wood fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fully-fenced sun-bathed front and backyard with outstanding outdoor entertaining area incl. wood fired pizza oven, fruit trees, and on-site parking.

We have 3 bedrooms total. One is our bedroom, the 2nd is our home office, & the 3rd will be yours. Your room is unfurnished, with a sunny window seat, and storage cupboard existing. If it has a downside, it’s the one wall-papered feature wall (see pics), but then maybe you’ll like it! The room is easily large enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed and accompanying furniture (exact dimensions to be published shortly).

Between the 3 of us we share 2 bathrooms.

10min walk to Point Chev beach, 5min drive to Herne Bay beaches, and less than 5min walk to arguably the best wood-fired Italian pizza in the country. Cafes nearby.

You’ll be moving in with a married, same-sex couple, and our 2 medium, lovable dogs. We are 2 professional women. We both teach meditation, running our business out of the separate granny flat at the back of the property. We are vegetarian, non-smokers, and non-drinkers, and would like our new female housemate to share those preferences, as well as a love of animals… or dogs at least! We are neat and tidy, quiet, hard-working, health and wellness conscious homebodies. Our favourite thing to do is relax, to go slow, and to enjoy being out in nature with our dogs.
