About the room
The house has 3 double bedrooms, good sized living spaces, a nice bathroom (with separate loo) and a generous kitchen. There’s an indoor separate laundry and off street parking. There is a fully fenced yard and a single garage for a little storage. There is a home security system and all new fixtures. The home is fully furnished aside from the vacant bedroom.
The move in cost is $550 bond + 1 weeks rent. Bills will be split at the end of each month equally between the three of us.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the flat with two girls both aged 25, and a Springer Spaniel puppy. We are both working professionals, a teacher and a lab technician. We enjoy a good Netflix show, cooking a good feed and travel. We are really hoping to find a flatmate who will become a friend to us 😊 We are looking for a flatmate around the same age, who loves dogs and enjoys socializing. We aren’t looking for a flatmate who is away heaps or prefers to be in their room all the time. This also isn’t a party house.
