Not a room so much but more of a family home with one existing tenant and his two children (2 yo and 4 yo) who both stay part time (shared care). Suitable for another parent in a similar situation who may have shared care and wants to share the general house facilities and rooms for looking after their children. Seems a shame to keep all the kid friendly stuff only for my kids who only use the house part time.

Very close to Porirua CBD. Old villa done up with big section, vege garden, swan plants with caterpillars, swings and slides, trees to climb and a sandpit. Off street parking. Piano. Heat pump & fire place. Underfloor and in ceiling insulation.

One professional (in IT). I’m the home owner so I want the place to be nice. Musician (I have a bunch of instruments about the place). I enjoy spending time with my kids and heading out on my nights off. Smoke free is important to me.
