About the room

Furnished upstairs room with balcony available. Share house with female owner. There are two cats and greyhound living here also. Dog spend most of the day sleeping ( it’s a greyhound thing). Cats do wherever they like. House is heated by heat pump and super hot log fire. Off street parking available. Located very close to Hagley Park, and short walk to hospital and CBD. This is a no smoking house.

Students welcome, there is a bus nearby that goes past UC and Ara is not far away.

Hi, I’m me! I’m in my early 50’s but not old! I work full time and sometimes from home. Chatty but like my own space. I have a thing for house plants and vintage clothing.

I like the house to be kept clean and tidy, and expect that from my house mate.
