Room available in a flat in Strathmore.

Its a small room but you can fit a queen bed, beside drawers, a set of drawers in the room and comes with a built in wardrobe. Lots of windows in the room so gets morning sun. Heaps of off/on street parking, bus stops and shops nearby, big garage with plenty of storage space. The flat is already fully furnished and all you would really need is your bedroom stuff.

Ideal flatmate will be clean and tidy and respectful of others personal space. Generally a quiet flat but like to have the odd occasional drink/social gathering.

Room is available ASAP

I’m a full time worker working Monday to Friday. There is also a student couple in the flat.
