Very Large Room - Mount Roskill (Couple) Move in date: June 3rd Rent: $310 (all-inclusive) This room would be ideal for a couple (but no problem at all having an individual move in!) Extremely spacious room up for rent – roomy enough to comfortably fit a desk, drawers and a super king bed (like ours pictured!) It even comes with its own double door wardrobe including built in shelves and hangers. Rent is $310/week which includes EVERYTHING (internet, water and electricity) and bond is $1220.00 (shared if you’re a couple of course 😉) If you have a car this room also comes with 1x car parking space (any additional cars would need to park on the side of the road). This cute 3 bedroom house has a modern kitchen, an incredible shower with a massive showerhead and an outdoor deck area. Your other flatmates will be a 27 year old female and a 30 year old guy – both are really easy going and will make you feel at home. You couldn’t ask for a more optimal position than this – Countdown is a mere 5 minute walk away, and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the Mount Roskill shopping centre (New World, Snap Fitness, chemists, The Coffee Club, Maccas and more).
