Big house in Mount Roskill in need of some new humans!

We have up to two rooms available in our flat. One of these (pictured) would be suitable for a single or couple. The place has loads of storage, a big enclosed garden ( including veggie patch) a huge living area and a bonus sunroom that we have transformed into the ultimate reading room/yoga studio. House is fully furnished (except the pictured bedroom) but it is large enough that you may able to bring some of your favourite furniture in with you. Rent is $600 per week which we split evenly between everyone who resides within. No smokers, but pets are negotiable. If this place seems like you, or you have any questions flick me a message!

Current tenants are a couple in ther late 20s/early30s. I’m a writer and English teacher. My partner is a marine scientist working in eco-tourism. We like good company, board games, movie nights and a beer. We aren’t 9-5ers so you will likely get the place to yourself from time to time.
