Beautiful, bright, clean two-storey unit/townhouse with courtyard and garden. Close to Mount Albert train station and shops, a few hundred metres from the Saturday market and just a couple of blocks from the Aquatic Centre.

Large sunny bedroom opening on to secluded courtyard. Includes second room with space for couch, table, etc plus own shower, separate toilet and huge walk-in wardrobe/storage all on different level to the rest of the house. The room has separate external access or through main entrance. Off street parking, down long driveway.

Open to parent who has their child staying from time to time. No couples, sorry.

I work full-time, regularly from home. I’m in my mid 40s and my 5 year old son lives with me full-time. We’ve recently been joined by a Slinky Malinki lookalike kitten!

We’re home most evenings but enjoy weekends away. Where possible, we like to live sustainably. Grow veges when we have the time. We’re social but mostly its family and low key.
