We are on the lookout for a new flattie!

Brand new house! The house: 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom you’ll have access to communal spaces- living room, kitchen + 1 garage + private back yard.

No toilet sharing or waiting in line!! Bathroom has full insulation as well with heat vent in it! Rain shower along with the normal shower in the bathroom because pressure matters! The room fits a queen bed and has a single inbuilt wardrobe.
Plenty of storage space in garage.

Back yard and sunny deck for your BBQ backyard shenanigans!

House is on Avondale road.

Convenience: There are bus stops right outside(literally an inch away) there is a dairy shop opposite from our house! take aways nearby , pharmacy and post office. Amazing location with a reserve right across the street. Plenty of off street parking!

It is a 5 mins drive to Newlynn shopping centre, bunnings ,train station, easy access to motorways, and Titirangi golf club.

Otherwise we are looking for a clean and tidy individual who will be able to pay rent on time!

Rent is $190+ expenses

You’ll be living with my partner and I. We are busy almost all the time (adulthood crisis). We are in our mid 20s. She works on weekends and studies during the week. I work weekdays and am off on weekends. We respect others personal space! We don’t mind chatting and bonding over an occasional drink or two. We also enjoy board games night and you’re so welcome to join!

We clean up after ourselves and basically your typical easy going average individuals!

No pets, couples, smokers unfortunately!

My partner works in Countdown support office and I work for the SPCA. We are busy almost all the time. I work in the weekends and study during the week. While my partner works weekdays and relaxes in the weekends. We are both very career orientated and respect others space and boundaries! Pretty much easy going individuals.
