The downstairs has an open plan living area, nice and cosy with a large kitchen with plenty of counter space. There is a good sized deck at the back to chill out on when it’s sunny!
There is plenty of on-street parking available directly outside the properties.

About the roomies
There are three us living here at the moment that are working professionals that are very house proud and enjoy living in a clean, cosy home where everyone shares the same values. It is not a party house, although we do enjoy being social. We make some mean margaritas when we have a night in playing games!
