This room is almost totally brand new! Completely painted, 2 new wardrobes, brand new carpet throughout whole home, and comes with an electric WiFi programmable panel heater (not pictured as was taken down for renovations)

Come and live at our beautiful freshly redecorated villa house in Berhampore! Right by the Berhampore village, cafes, dairy, fish and chip shop, petrol station, sustainable home store, Italian restaurant, hair dresser, right by bus stops that take the number 1 to and from town every 10-15 mins. Nice modern kitchen with gas stove and brand new flooring in the kitchen. Small but reasonably modern bathroom too, which an extra seperate toilet.

Home is really warm and dry, insulated underfloor and in the ceiling, I have been here 3 years and never ever had any mould problems, not even shoes going mouldy in the back of the wardrobe!

Nice and spacious house with a separate laundry with spare fridge freezer and second toilet. Big entrance-way with under the stair storage.

Infinity hot water so you never have to have a cold shower again, amazing gas heater in the lounge to stay cozy while watching Kath and Kim on repeat

There is also a garden and lawn, patio/outside area if you like gardening!
