Parkvale Road

Room available in a four bedroom flat in Karori. Rent is $180 per week, bond is $360. We currently pay $10 per week to cover expenses like toilet paper/cleaning products, and then split the power and internet bills when they come in. The flat is in a great location on the corner of Parkvale Road and Karori Road, it’s 1 min away from the bus route for the number 2, 18e, 33 and 34 buses (which all take you into town). There are also a couple of supermarkets, a library and cafes across the road. The room has a double wardrobe and fits a queen bed, a desk and a set of drawers. The flat is fully furnished. There is a balcony with a washing line and space for herbs/pot plants. There is a shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room with another toilet. The property management company is good and responsive to any issues.

Current flatmates are all young female professionals. Friendly and sociable, they are always up for a flat movie night or wine.
