About the room
Room is $200 per week + $15/$20 per week bills.
A room in our place in Epsom is available from the 26th of June. Very centrally located close to Cornwall park/Newmarket with good bus connections into the city.
The room is unfurnished, but does come with a build-in wardrobe and full-length mirror. If you want it, the king-single bed is for sale ($400 price negotiable). The house is cosy, fully furnished, and renovated just before we moved in. Garage parking/storage is available + plenty on-street parking.
About the roomies
We’re 2 young professionals in our mid-20’s working in healthcare and hospitality looking for someone to join our flat! We like to hang out with each other when we can, but do have our own lives. We are looking for someone clean and tidy but also social to join our flat.
