About the room
Room plus study in large house at Avondale Heights/New Windsor. The Room is north facing and is connected to a study which will be for your exclusive use. There is a closet in both rooms. The house includes 2 bathrooms, laundry, large internal garage, lounge, dining and covered deck. Outside there are multiple fruit trees clothes line and off street parking. We are a 5 minute walk from Avondale train station and Mt Albert Pak N Save.
About the roomies
We are looking for someone to join our flat family. The four existing flatmates are mid 20’s to early 30’s: John- Accountant, cheerful and positive likes film and socialising. Morgan- Teacher, kind natured, paints in her spare time. Mike O- Builder, energetic and outgoing, keen on exercise. Mike M- Lawyer, thoughtful, surfer and skier.
