We have one room available for rent in our house in Khandallah!

The tenant/s MUST be able to commit to February 2022.

The room is our master bedroom is $220 a week and INCLUDES all expenses. The room is a double unfurnished room facing East so gets morning sun. The room comes with a massive walk in wardrobe.

About the house: The house is tucked away in a quiet street in Khandallah, very close to the Caltex on the Hutt Road. The house has great views of the harbour from the lounge, kitchen, and bedrooms. We have recently had a heat pump installed in the lounge so it’s nice and toasty!

About us: There are four current flatmates, a couple, a dude, and a dudette in their mid-20s-early 30s. The flat also has a dog and a cat. Both pets are well behaved and love cuddles!

About you: Our ideal flatmate is someone who is 25-30, works full-time, is respectful and considerate of others, pays rent on time, and cleans up after themselves. They must also be comfortable with and kind to the pets. We aren’t allowed any more pets. This is a non smoking house.

About $$: The bond for the room is $487.50 and two weeks rent to be paid in advance. The move-in date is from mid June!

About commute/transport: CBD is a 15-20 min bus ride from the local bus stop (5 min walk away) or a 7-10 min drive. The local shops including supermarket/pharmacy/garage are a 5 min drive away. There’s also parking available if you have a car. Uber/Ola rides from town usually cost $10-20.
